#100HappyDays

Can you be happy for 100 days?  That’s the question one website is asking. Simple enough right? And yet the creators of this movement  report that 71% of people fail this challenge citing “time” as their reason for not continuing.  So, do you have time to be happy?

100HappyDays.com  encourages people to slow down, enjoy the moment and appreciate even the small things everyday that contribute to their total happiness. All you have to do is register {here}, and commit to sharing 1 photo each day of something…anything that made you HAPPY. You can post these pictures on your social network of choice {with the hashtag #100HappyDays}, which they’ll track, or email it to them privately. If you complete the 100 consecutive days then you’re promised a mini book with your 100 moments {cute!}.

“#100happyday challenge is for you – not for anyone else.
It is not a happiness competition or a showing off contest. If you try to please / make others jealous via your pictures – you lose without even starting. Same goes for cheating.”

You didn’t miss it! Start the challenge at any time, and remind yourself of the ways you Rise&Revel
